Here I am

Finally, i've done this.

I've wanted to create a blog for a while, however the thought of people reading my writing gave me the creeps.

But why? It's not like I don't post almost every thought I have on Twitter.

I don't want to be stereotypical and be like everyone else and have a 'Fashion & Beauty Blog' because I think it's hard to be able to do both of those things well.

'Fashion' is a term which is used far too loosely in my opinion, and 'Beauty' isn't that much better either.

I'm self confessed designer handbag obsessed and clothes bargain hunter. Call it fur coat with no knickers if you wish. 

Handbags to me are the most important item a female can own. You carry this thing round with you every day and fill it with your most precious favourite items.

You wouldn't carry your purse, phone, lipstick and tampax in a food shop carrier bag would you? (If you would, i wouldn't suggest reading any of my blog.)

Handbags should be built to last in my opinion, and that's worth spending the extra money for. I don't own a handbag i've only used once.

However, my wardrobe is full of clothes i've only worn once or twice. Clothes are too quickly out of 'fashion' (there's that over-used word again) and people have far too much different tastes. 

Too many people dress for other people, be that the boy they are seeing, or the friends they are meeting, and don't actually dress for themselves.

Theres my first ramble, i'll have to get used to people reading what I say..
